Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Our contractor updated a finish milestone, cost loaded, to reflect a certain percentage of accomplishment. I see this wrong. Comments please.

Arnold, that is a great comment! I needed that... "Finish Milestone should not have a time-based cost/expense."

Cheers!

Finish Milestone may have a primary resource and expenses associated with it, but cannot have a resource assignments, role assignments, or time-based costs such as labor.

Hi Marwan,

If I understood you, a Finish Milestone cannot be loaded with resources because, it is zero duration.

Regards,

Arnold

Finish Milestone can be loaded, specifically with cost, which is acceptable for me or by others. The inappropriate thing that the contractor did is updating in less than 100% or updating it at certain percentages only. That is why I see that wrong.
