Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Guys,

Do you have any suggestion what software for making Table Organization, WBS, etc. is available now? I’m just using excel & looking forward to produce a better quality presentation.

I would use MS Visio or for smaller structures may be Powerpoint.

Thanks Dieter,

What I am trying to do actually, is that I am preparing a close out package for one of our substantially completed contract package & I want to put like photos of the key personnel & add up some notes.I think it is not possible in P5. The actual WBS, yes you’re right I’ll take your advise...Thanks.

As I understood you use P5, why you don’t use it to print WBS or the Organizational structure (From Resource or Roles)?
