Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Forum,

We are looking to implement a Defect Tracking Solution. Has anyone had any experience using Advanced Defect Tracking Web Edition 4.0 from http://www.borderwave.com? So far it seems to do everything we are looking for but I cant find too much feedback on the software. It must be rather new to the market. Any help would be appreciated.

Weve purchased a 100 user site license and it works great. Talk to a Mr. Blizzard at Borderwave, he worked out really good for us.
