Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all,

I allocated revenues in a non labor resource assigned to activities. Now, we manually input the monthly revenues we forecast so that the curve for the remaining units (money) is not calculated by the software, maybe applying a resources curve, but it is set by ourselves according to our knowledge of what will happen.

So we have, for instance,

    Data date
 BudgetActualRemainingapr-21mag-21giu-21lug-21
Activity1002080535,00,040,0

Now, when I update, even by giving to apr-21 the exact number as planned (i.e.),

the precise distribution of the remaining units is messed up and recalculated, and it becomes:

    Data date
 BudgetActualRemainingapr-21mag-21giu-21lug-21
Activity1002080525,324,525,3

How do I preserve, my original distibution?

thanks everyone that can help!

antonello
