(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.
I have just started on a project. When I review Budgeted resource hours on the activity they are 8 times higher that what the other planner sees. How do I resolve ?

Sometimes this happes when you convert a p3 project to p6
1. check your resource default units/time it would be 8
to fix this run a global change
where budgeted units is greater than 8 then
budget units equals budget units / 8
