Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

We currently have access to a client laptop to access the master programme which sits on the client server;  however in order for us to make use of our planning suite we require the master programme to sit on our server (our jobcard system) will only sync into our plan while it sits on our server which will allow for optimum project control performance.

To do this we have requested an XER file from the client, however when we upload that into our system obviously all of the EPS coding drops off and therefore takes across only globals and project code values;   problem is that the majority of the key information we require e.g construction workpack etc sits under the EPS coding structure on the client server.

Question is therefore;  is there anyway of converting all EPS coding into Project code values so that we are able to import this into our System?

Appreciate any help.

Thanks,

Rob
