Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

In Open Plan you can define Activity category logs. Think of it as filing cabinets.

Each category can have it’s own contents.
You can define Site Log or perhaps a Punch list Log or Safety Log for each activity.

Nice huh!

I imagine he is talking about the Notes tab on Activity Details dialog.

Hermie,

Nice huh!  You make some statements that don't unfortunately make sense !? Please outline how you did this Activity Category Logs as you refer them to Filing Cabinets.

OPP has only Viewer Log and System Logs from the Main and submenus. So what are you taling about ? Can you please explain ? What the reason for the need to do this and what benefit did you get out of it practically ?

Thank you in advance.
