Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear All,

What are your views.

What should be the planning engineer approach in real estate sector / building construction.

For what he is supposed to answerable ?

Is he accountable for the delay in projects ?

A Planning Engineer is completely responsible for the construction programe preparation and to get it approved. He has to submit all the documents along with the schedule like S Curve, Resourse curves, Submittal Schedule, Procurement schedule along with the programe and some other reports as required by the Client. A planning Engineer should notify the project management team about the delays and how we can get rid off from that. A perfect plan should make a project success. He is answerable for all queries related to schedule.
