Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have one task, with 1 assigned work resource (more than 100% unit). My only cost is resource per use cost.
Now, I have my baseline saved, and my task %complete is more than 0%. here is my resource sheet:
Resource information:
BCWP: 8350$
BCWS: 100$
ACWP: 100$
Cost: 100$
Task information:
BCWP: 100$
BCWS: 100$
ACWP: 100$
Cost: 100$
As you know, this resource BCWP should be 100$, but IT IS NOT!!!
This problem would not occure, if assignment unit is 100% or resource per use cost is 0$ (other costs would not make problems).
