Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am trying to consolidate a whole Engineering Department with MS Project. As you can imagine we have 80 or so projects and all have their own resources. I have split out the projects by engineer and when I look at the consolidated histograms they are all separate entities. Ie If a resource appears in 2 engineer’s jobs that resource would have 2 histograms. Is there a way to consolidate data onto one histogram using MS Project. This is one advantage P3 has over MS Project. Help please! Thanks

If you use a resource pool, a project that has only resources and no tasks and share these resources (Tools - Resource Sharing - Share Resources) between your projects then the resources should have only one histogram.
