Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Team,

We have tweaked the Private Message scripts so that the email advice (sent to our email inbox) will (hopefully) include the content of the Private Message, rather than simply telling us that a "message is waiting".

We hope that this makes the function more user-friendly and efficient.

PM should be notified as you open any page of PP in such away:

"A new message has come"

"click here"

This is the best way

Dear PP Admin,

It is nice to read the content of PP message which is directly sent to our email ids provided. You need to do something to retrieve the pp message that could have been sent to other PP members by us, may be a copy of the message could be to sent to our email ids in the same way of receiving the pp message from other pp members.

PM alert in PP still needs to be modified such as

As we open any page of PP by login our ID, a Private message alert should come in front of us.

" A Private Message has arrived"

If this is done, it will be more suitable for all of us than the current procedure
