Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Which book best describes Delay Analysis in the UK?

Oliver,

I have a copy of Keith’s and Roger’s books. Both are superb, I use Keth’s for the in depth and detailed narrative’s and case law references and use Roger’s when I’m explaining processes to people face to face (which inevitably leads them to o buy Roger’s book from Amazon - I wish I was on commission!)

David.

p.s. Keith’s is V. Expensive!

It really depends what you want. Pickavance is the most in depth and comprehensive book on the subject, L&L is an easy read and a good introduction.

Hi Oliver

The best one I have come across is About Time by Lowsley & Linnett as it gives the Asdjudicators view of the problem.

RICS bookshop.

Best regards

I have purchased book by Roger Gibson. It’s a good book compared to other books available in the market.

But, the best book i would recommend is by Keith Pickavance. But, its very expensive and i heard it has waiting time too.
