Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Good morning,

I'm hoping someone can help me solve an issue which is probably glaringly obvious, but I just can't find out where. I'm far from experienced in Easyplan and nobody here in the office is either.

I am trying to create a programme that currently extends into 2021, however strangely Asta is curtailing the project at the end of 2020 and I cannot for the life of me find out why. Is this a licencing issue, is there something simply I am doing wrong!

Thank you for any help

Hi Keiron,

Certainly not a licensing issue - there is nothing we can do within the tool to restrict you planning out as far as you wish into the future!

Instead, it sounds to me as though your calendar or working pattern are set such that post 2020 is marked as "non-working time".  If you right click on your default calendar in the list on the left-hand side, please check the Finsh Date for your Working Pattern Assignment.  You might need to punt this out a few more years to open up the dates you need to see.

Let me know if that solves things.

Thanks,

Ben @ Powerproject
