Job Profile Summary:
Contracts Management and Administration Assist Reporting Supervisor in managing and administering the contracts including review of insurance policies, payment certification, valuation of variations, commercial reports, finalization of project account and dispute resolution
Estimate and formulate Construction cost able to perform measurement to derive the quantity of works and provide budgetary/detailed construction cost
Assist in reviewing payment and process payment certification
Participate in project/commercial meetings with Contractor and/or Client
Tender preparation and evaluation Assist reporting supervisor in preparation of tender document, evaluate tender returns for recommendation to the Clients
Experience in quantity surveying for the civil and mechanical construction works.
Prompt in dealing with the contractors and the clients as and when required
Prepare change orders and claims in order to follow up the change orders and ensure claims are made in a timely manner
Assess the Impact of design or construction changes on cost and timeline slippages
