Current Role

• Preparation and Monitoring of Master Programmes for various substation projects.
• Cost loading and resource loading of the Construction Master Programme and monitoring the same.
• Preparing Monthly Billing graphs for tracking, monitoring and controlling the cash flow of the project.
• Tracking and control of the idle manpower and machinery cost incurred due to delay in the project.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for tracking, monitoring and reporting the overall progress of the project to the Client.
• Conducting project meetings regularly to conclude upon the immediate strategic Plan of Action
• Conducting Productivity analysis of day-to-day construction activities and preparing labour histograms and allocating resources accordingly
• Preparing the Material procurement schedule and organizing the delivery of materials on site accordingly.
• Addressing contractual letters and coordinating with the subcontractors regularly to resolve any issues affecting the progress of their concerned works in the project
• Preparation of Delay Analysis Impact Programs for various projects.
• Preparation of Delay Analysis Report including the calculation of delay cost incurred on the project.
• Preparation and Monitoring of Recovery program every three months.
