Closure ManagementCurrent Role -

  • Responsible for the Project Progress & Costs.
  • Perform reviews of detailed construction programmes submitted by the various contractors in line with the MCP.
  • Monitor Contractor's performance in conformance with approved schedules.
  • Determine adequacy of Contractor's staffing and other resources available at site and advise augmentation in the same as and when needed
  • Attend meetings with Client, Consultants & Contractors and highlight slippages in schedules, corrective actions needed to be taken, bottlenecks, major lapses in quality, etc. Make the MOMs.
  • To arrange the field kick-off meeting in respect of each new construction contract and record the minutes of meetings.
  • To ensures that all construction contracts are administered properly by maintaining proper files and documentation for each construction contract.
  • Interpretation of the contract to resolve disputes amicably.
  • To investigation, resolution and processing of extra work orders, claims, and disputes is carried out promptly.
  • To attends key meetings with construction contractors, records minutes of meetings and distributes meeting notes as required as per distribution matrix.
  • Finally handing over the documents to the Client in respect of each and every contract at the time of closing out of every contract.
  • to obtain, compile, evaluate and edit information by way of documents from different sources and is responsible for documentation in a scientific and systematic manner as per documentation procedure.
  • To liaison with the Contractors, Manufacturers, Vendors; Suppliers for follow up on obtaining desired statutory clearances, approvals.
