Roles and Responsibilities

• Overseeing more than 30 projects  
• Business Process Owner (BPO) for WP Bahrain Project Controls, Estimating, Business Systems and Finance.
• Overseeing all Office Services Functions.
• Document Control/Management support (to ensure proper management of project documentation on all projects within WP Bahrain).
• Regional Interface Management (management of work share interfaces, WP Bahrain interface/focal point for the AME regional communities / management for Project Services).
• Personnel Management / Capability Development support / Community building (responsible for the overall performance and capability-development of all Project Services staff within the location)
• Interface with the client and attend regular meetings, and provide statistical reports.

Project: NEW DOHA PORT PROJECT

$4.6B TIC Port Project The Government of the State of Qatar has embarked on a major programme to develop the New Doha Port. The new port will cater for the expected growth in container and vehicle carrier traffic as well as general cargo traffic, Qatar Flour Mills, offshore support vessel base, marine support unit, Qatari Navy and Coastguard.

Project: FEED FOR POWER SUPPLY PROJECTS TO HALUL ISLAND & NFA PLATFORM

To supply Via Sub Sea Cable from Ras Laffan to QP Halul Island approx 100Km. Also Supply Sub Sea Cable to North Field Alpha (NFA).

Project: FEED for Integrated Oily Water / Sludge Handling System, Fire Protection for Crude Oil Manifold & Pipeline Replacement at HALUL

• Front End Engineering Design, to develop various To install a new adequately sized produced water disposal system. To replace the offshore portion (approx. 650 meters of sub sea pipeline and 100 meters piping at beach area) of the 24” produced water disposal line at Halul Island with HDPE pipeline.
• To debottleneck the restricted portion of the MOL line from PS-1 by re-sizing and replacement of the 12” OPQL MOL line from the Pig Receiver to the Crude Oil Manifold

Project: NDIA CENTRAL UTILITY PLANT 2, 3 & 4 PROJECT

To carry out detailed engineering scope for the New Doha International Airport Central Utility Plant 2, 3 & 4.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project initiation/execution support (to ensure that all projects are initiated, managed and controlled in full compliance with all requirements of the customer, and the WPMP/EMS V3 directives, using consistent approaches, work methodologies and reporting formats)
• Business Process Owner (BPO) for WP Qatar Project Controls, Estimating, and Business Systems.
• Proposal Support (Provide Planning/Scheduling and Cost-estimation support to Proposal teams as and when required).
• Document Control/Management support (to ensure proper management of project documentation on all projects within WP Qatar).

• Regional Interface Management (management of work share interfaces, WP Qatar interface/focal point for the AME regional communities / management for Project Services).
• Personnel Management / Capability Development support / Community building (responsible for the overall performance and capability-development of all Project Services staff within the location)
• Interface with the client and attend regular meetings, and provide statistical reports.
• Manage a team of project control engineers, document controllers, secretaries and specialist.
• Analyse, evaluate and forecast project costs as well as performance against an established schedule with critical milestones.
• Coordinate staffing requirements, assign and supervise project work activities and train personnel.
• Oversee the preparation of Detailed Engineering Schedules for Proposals and Projects in Progress.
• Give Guidance in Development of an Engineering Disciplines Tracking System
• Analyse and Prepare Schedule reports for Project Management Team Regarding schedule deviations and upcoming milestones.
• Understand and use Primavera P6 Project Planner and Critical path Method planning.
• Monitor Man-hours and earned value progress to report to the project management team.
• Monthly and weekly reporting to PM team.
• Designing progress templates for the different deliverables.
• Tracking forecasts vs. Actual S Curves and Histograms.
• Tracking Budget forecasts.
