Project Controls Engineer in the New Safe Confinement project

Experience:


 

1. Integrated Project Schedule analysis and control. Review and analysis of Contractor’s schedules. Assessment of schedule progress and deviations.2. Project performance measurement in relation to cost, time, quantities, man-hours using earned value methodology and other techniques. Project forecasting and management of project changes on the basis of trends.3. Supporting Project Team in planning future period activities, development of recovery actions for mitigation of project performance delays.4. Development and update of overall Program baseline schedule. Participation in meetings concerning overall Program schedule control.5. SIP Trend Program support – collecting the information about overall SIP projects trends, analyzing, and preparation of trend reports.6. Project risks analysis – qualitative and quantitative assessment of risks (valuation on basis of conceptual estimate, assessment of schedule impact). Development of measures to mitigate the risks.7. Preparation of routine and custom project performance reports for the Client, Regulatory and Government entities. Preparation of complex monthly Contract Status Report (analysis of diverse project characteristics) for the Funds administrator (EBRD).8. Collaboration in development of measures for improvement of PMU project controls work efficiency.
