Programme Management : manage, supervise and mentor the provision of project control support for a £300m portfolio of work and major programmes. Provide management reports for Region 1-4 Portfolio/Programme/Project Accountability Meetings. Implement financial control, manage fund sanction allocation, change control and risk mitigation correlation. Communicate Implementation Programme performance to senior management, using Key Milestones, Schedule Adherence, Financial Performance against baseline, Earned Value Management, Whole Life Project Cost and reconciliation and stakeholder management. Instigate planning integrity initiative. Conduct continuous portfolio business planning and internal and external resource/cost management.
