•     Prepare and maintain CPM resource loaded programs for all phases of the engineering, procurement and construction work.
•     Prepare the daily progress reports for head office & for the consultant.
•     Prepare daily / weekly and monthly progress reports.
•     Based on updated progress, update the Project Level – III plan & import into DPMS software.
•     Update Level II plan on monthly basis for consultant submission and forecast revenue, resources and equipment for the balance scope of work.
•     Create procurement schedules, material requisition & purchase order status reports.
•     Prepare Efficiency and productivity reports @ weekly basis, analyzing the planned resources, actual resources & earned resources (man hours and equipment hours) using DPMS software.
•     Generate histograms/resource-loading report from P3 plans for balance quantities and manpower.
•     Prepare accelerated plans in P3 for balance works.
•     Prepare P3 schedules for Extension of Time.
