MAJOR DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

1. Develop fully base lined, resource loaded, labor cost and logic linked project schedule in accordance with the Client’s management and planning processes. 

 

2. Lead the formulation and analysis of Project Recovery Schedules by convening and meeting with Construction Managers and Project Engineers of the different disciplines to discuss alternative plan and strategies in order to meet the required milestone dates.

I served as a project manager for various projects beginning with a series of new construction and rehabilitation projects within an open hospital, preparation of conceptual schedules for highway projects, review of contractors’ schedules for owners, preparation of pollution control design and retrofit projects for coal-fired power plants, and QA/QC work on school system rehabilitation program. I also took part as the estimator/scheduler for numerous Value Engineering studies for highway, buildings and transportation projects throughout the United States.
