Work with Project Managers, IPT's & Engineering to perform detailed cost planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting.
• Create and update a finance/EVM tool. Generate funding and staffing profiles, sales outlook, current spending plan, and perform analyses to ensure contract compliance.
• Track, document, and implement all approved changes to the program baseline (Baseline Change Request/Authorization execution).

Based on site, for the construction of the largest gas processing plant in Europe, totalling 3.5 million manhours and reporting to the Planning Manager, responsibilities were for the development and maintenance of the design, procurement, construction and commissioning planning system on the P.C. based Artemis 7000.  In addition, quarterly risk analyses on Risk 7000 were performed.
