Project Scheduling Engineer, EDF Energy, Nuclear New Build (Hinkley Point C)

I am working for Nuclear New Build (NNB) project in UK. My role is a Project Scheduling Engineer mainly responsible for Commissioning and Pre-Operations schedules. The scheduling software used is Primavera P6. I occasionally use MS Project as well (sometimes I do receive a draft schedule in MS Project from colleagues in non-scheduling department to work on).

Started scheduling with CPM in 1985 (manually).  Started software scheduling in 1987 with Artemis with some small experience with Open Plan.  Began using MS Project in 1997 moving thru each of the versions - 2000, 2003, 2007, and now 2010.  Also have experience with AMS Real Time Project (also known as RTP).

I have worked on schedules a small as 10 tasks to as many as 64,000.  The past few years I have been a part of a proposal team where I created the IMS for the proporsal.  This past year I moved to another job where I evaluate subcontractor schedules (MS
