Working for or assisting the Project Manager (PM). Taking over when the PM is not available and sharing in their responsibilities. Helping to motivate staff and handling administrative and technical duties.
Preparation of Budget, monitoring activities as per budget;
Preparation and update the Programme of Works;
Monitoring the contract's progress and performance to ensure goods and services according to the contract requirements;
Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project books, on-line video training courses and training material available from an internationally recognised publisher. Teach yourself using on-line or book based learning or run your own in-house or public courses.
