  • Attend handover meeting for scope definition on landed Contracts/Projects.
  • Prepare and present detailed planning information (Gantt charts, histograms, PERT charts, WBS, Baselines Schedules, S Curves & Progress reports) for fully resourced projects.
  • Prepare bid schedule for tenders and support the bid team with Capacity Planning.
  • Monitor and control live projects via daily progress update, weekly project reviews and statusing meeting.
  • Resolve schedule issues and make recommendations on correct course of mitigating action.
