Project involved the strategic planning of a multi-phase resort, marina and golf course development in Southern Thailand.

Prepare strategic EPC schedule, together with detailed design development schedule and permit schedules.

Preparation of development cash flow against strategic programme and assist in the preparation of the ‘Annual Operating Plan’.

Establish and implement planning and safety procedures.
