My roles & responsibilities involve planning, and monitoring on project execution, resource, and contract management as per following: • Strategic planning which includes setting up project goals, identifying project deliverables, setting up project milestones and develop projects tasks. • Resource planning that includes establishes responsibility matrix and man-hour loading for labor resource and strategize requirement and requisition plan for non-labor resource. • Establish and execute procedures and guideline for contractual management throughout the whole projects.
