Senior Planning Consultant with a team of 8 planners for the NMOQ New Museum of Qatar ($435 Million facility) during the Engineering, Procurement Construction and Commissioning phases covering all Earthworks, Civils, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Scada works. Responsibilities includes developing of master schedule, critical path analysis and impact of progress and scope changes on previously scheduled target dates, delay Analysis and Forensic Planning.

I have been active in the mining and oil and gas industries including energy generation, my speciality is the population of CMMS or ERP/EAM Systems with the necessary maintenance data coding and asset management information for plant and equipment.

My last role was the mentoring and training of maintenance teams to data cleanse their system in preparation to introduce a budgeting system and then a migration to another ERP system.
