Senior Planning Consultant with a team of 8 planners for the NMOQ New Museum of Qatar ($435 Million facility) during the Engineering, Procurement Construction and Commissioning phases covering all Earthworks, Civils, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Scada works. Responsibilities includes developing of master schedule, critical path analysis and impact of progress and scope changes on previously scheduled target dates, delay Analysis and Forensic Planning.

  • TIA/ (Time Impact Analysis) Claims
  • Identifying delaying events.
  • Co-ordinating events with construction, sub-contract admin teams.
  • Data gathering.
  • TIA Delay Analysis and preparing of narrative & TIA.
  • Prep & submit delay notices in accordance with the Contract.
  • Maintain delay register.
  • Prep disruption and acceleration claims in conjunction with Cost Manager and Team.
  • Co-ordinate with Commercial team.
  • Attend delay / claim meetings with team
