Consolidate weekly overall progress computations for VP and Sr. Management report.
Execute Project progress measurement in accordance with company procedures.
Assist Planner to update the Primavera Project Planning Construction Schedule & weekly target/planned.
Ensure updated drawings included shop drawings are used in installation works.
Identify the necessary work schedule to be completed by the Subcontractor.
Track, verify work Quantity accomplishment. Generate and update quantity database.
