•	Development of Work Breakdown Structure, Tender, Baseline and Construction programmes, Progress S-Curves and Rule of Credit.
•	Carry out project Scope Management, Earned Value Analysis, Resource Balancing and Subcontractor Management. 
•	Lodgment of Delay Notices, Extension of Time and Contract Variation Requests.
•	Establish and maintain relationships with Client’s Project Controls personnel.
