  • Developed and review of Preconstruction and Closeout project plans
  • Prepared construction quality control plans
  • Coordinated with Site Quality Control Managers to resolve quality issues.
  • Reviewed contracts, drawings and other documentations for correct implementation
  • Advised on quality deficiencies and overview the corrective action plans.
  • Identified required construction material for the project and prepare submittals 
  • Communicated with USARMY Construction Representatives and Contracting Officers.

I have been in the electrical construction industry for over 35 years now. My experience has ranged from apprentice to journeyman to foreman to general foreman to project manager to quality control manager to estimator.
