Assigned project planner in Acesss road section consisting of the road, drainage system, electrical lines, telephone lines and reclamation works. the project Port Develeopment Project under Japanese consortium.

• Prepare and monitor construction programmes.
• Assist with budget, costing and resource tracking.
• Responsible for submitting daily, weekly and monthly report to the Client. Monthly report submission includes S curve and Histogram.
• Prepared as built programme with delay impacts for substantiation of claims related to one of the road project. Assisted in preparation of claims documents.
• Assist with tender preparation
