Team manager in the service delivery department I lead a diverse team of 15 order managers across multiple locations in Ireland, UK and India. I was accountable for the on time delivery of an order book regularly in excess of €1m per week. I achieved this through encouraging collective learning, setting clear goals and target, building consensus and team synergy.
