- Planned Value Cost (PV) = Budget At Completion * Schedule % Complete
- Earned Value Cost (EV) = Budget At Completion * Performance % Complete (usually equal to Activity % Complete)
- Schedule Variance (SV) = EV - PV
- SV > 0 : project is good, ahead of schedule
