Working as a Contractor providing P6 scheduling services for small capital projects at the Pine Bend Oil & Gas refinery in Rosemount, MN. Specializing in program management. Conducting weekly schedule review meetings with Project Engineers and Project Managersto input progress of dates and earned percent complete.  Performed weekly reviews and analysis of project schedules.  Provided weekly and monthly engineering, project management and upper management reporting using histograms, lookahead schedules, schedule delay flags.  Created and loaded schedule templates with dates and resources.  Maintained schedule project levels and activity level coding to match spending plan.  Input approved Change Requests into P6.  Developed activity durations, dates, and resources with Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Construction Manager.  Attended/participated in bi-weekly meetings between project manager and project controls team to report on schedule and cost concerns or needs.  Pulled data from P6 to excel to report on data.  Facilitated monthly upper management schedule review meetings.   Attended/participated in bi-weekly project progress report meetings with construction services.  Participated in the Safety Initiatives/culture and gave safety presentations.  Worked with Maintenance Engineers and Project Managers to progress maintenance and tank projects.
