·         Produce Level-4 rotating equipment installation and commissioning schedules

·         Resource-load detailed installation and commissioning schedule

·         Track the progress of installation project delivery, including overseas projects

·         Prepare weekly dashboard reports with progress S-curves and manpower histogram

·         Maintain regional long-term Manpower Projection Plan with demand and availability headcount

·         Develop Level-4 equipment service plans with resource loading

·         Ensure efficient allocation of rotational manpower for the modifications and regular services

·         Keep up-to-date service engineer’s rotational leave chart

·         Schedule equipment routine maintenance and inspection services; update 6M services lookahead

·         Prepare detailed service plans with optimal incorporation of outstanding technical modifications

·         Manage major spare parts inventory; develop major parts’ overhaul and replacement programme

·         Cross check equipment delivery status with site requirement dates
