ISSOW Coordinator (Control of Work)

My responsibilities were to assist in the planning and scheduling of the 2006 shut in (T.A.R) which would involve the addition of a gas lift skid and a 120k de-bottlenecking scope of work.  I was required to attend meetings and give input as to the direction, timing and workability of the project from acquisition of materials through fabrication, construction, offshore installation and finally the commissioning phase.  Additionally I was involved with the review of the engineering documents and development of field related work packs.  Each task was reviewed by me from a HSE standpoint as I generated the approved permit to work (ISSOW – Integrated Safe System of Work).  I was involved with acquiring service contractors and scheduling their scope and man power requirements to meet our deadline with daily POB challenges.  My SIMOPS duties included interface between drilling operations and production and marine operations to avoid any SIMOPS conflicts.
