Developed level 3 resource loaded baseline schedule estimates during phases 2 and 3 of various major capital projects. Manage several projects within the CPL portfolio utilizing P6. Reconciled schedule and cost estimates in addition to actively participated in workshops including constructability reviews and cost and schedule risk assessments. Regularly conduct meetings to review the schedules and project costs. Capture and report progress, changes and trends utilizing EVM.
