• Managing team of 8 Planning & Senior Planning Engineers to perform the
following tasks:
- Preparing and updating the project baseline / master program.
- Preparing weekly look ahead program as per the master program.
- Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Preparing Earned value & KPI reports.
- Preparing recovery programs.
- Preparing productivity reports.
- Preparing progress S-curve (Time wise/Man-hours) and manpower histograms.
- Preparing of commodity charts and tracking with actual for close monitoring.
- Preparing extension of time claims.
• Enhancement and Implementation of project control and reporting system.
• Preparation of Tender Programs and Coordination with the Estimation Dept.
