Area Schedule Manager: Provided project controls management and expertise to the construction team during operations of design-build and P3 projects.

• Oversaw the development and provided precise guidance of baseline schedule and narrative within the required contract provisions for projects located in the Northeast Area.
• Collaborated with the Area Schedule Managers on the development and delopyment of corporate guidelines for the creation of baseline schedule and monthly schedule updates.
• Integral team member in the deployment of Primavera 8.4 conversion.

Pursuits Engineer: Provided engineering expertise to the design and construction department during the pursuits of design-build and P3 Projects.

• Oversaw the development of Right of Way and Utility deliverables for estimating and technical proposal submission, submission of Alternative Design Concepts, proposal schedules, and narratives for design-build and P3 projects.
• Instrumental team member that won the $2.3 billion I-4 Ultimate Project in Orlando Florida.
• Liaison between the construction and finanical teams, develop cash flow curves for P3 projects.
• Create risk management and mitigation measures during the pursuit of various projects.
• Develop and assist with the creation proposal schedule for three mult-billion dollar P3 projects.
• Collaborated with the Estimating Department with the Company; provide estimate analysis in the pursuit of new business.
• Provided technical training for contractually required schedule baselines, narratives, schedule updates, and Time Impact Analysis.

Schedule Engineer: Provided project control and engineering support to the construction teams during both the pursuits and operations of design-build and P3 projects as part of the Corporate Schedule Department.

• Developed, implemented, and assisted with the creation of baseline schedule and narratives with the required contract provisions for six projects.
• Responsible for updating project schedule and Time Impact Analysis with the required contract provisions for three projects.
• Collaborated with the Estimating Department with the Company on the development of estimates and proposal schedules for 15+ projects.
• Train engineering staff on Primavera software and scheduling techniques.
