Administration, planning, coordination, and management of day-to-day tasks by project team on execution of Capital Infrastructure Projects. Site survey/Field assessment of existing structure(s), piping, tanks, and process equipment for plant rehabilitation /repurpose; Ensure technical integrity of FEL designs, Design Basis gate reviews, complete SOW requirements, complete Class II Engineering Estimate & TIC, Adherence to ICVP (INEOS-Capital Value Process, PMI), and Coordination of work tasks of all disciplines working on project: Engr., Project Controls, Accounting, Document Controls, Procurement, Contract Admin., and Sub-Contractors.• FEL 3 project estimates (+/-15%) thru detailed design, IFA, IFC, Bid packages, TIC(Total Installed Cost)• Schedules: FEL, Procurement, Detailed Design, Construction• Project Cost Controls: Project ATP, Project Charge Code set-up, Staffing Plan(project rostering, skill code authorization, project support account set-up, over-head acct. set-up), Invoicing/Finance logistics, Change Order/Contingency acct. set-up, MOC, Project Schedule review, (Risk mitigation/Contingency Authorization(Registered risk/cost impacts)), Resource forecast/allocation, Task progress, % Complete/EVM Metrics, Task % completion thresholds, schedule duration thresholds, over-run/under-run recovery plans, procurement expedite protocols.• Develop, Execute PEP’s; Perform Integrated Change Control (MOC), Monitor & Control, Commissioning, Project Close-out.• Documentation: Engineering Study/Feasibility, Design Basis, PEP, CAF, MOC• Gate Reviews, HAZOP/PHA, Risk Ranking; Design, Safety, workflow management, and Regulatory Compliance Standards (API, FERC 7C, ASME, NFPA)• Coordination, Direction, and support of Sub-Contracts/ Vendors, Weekly/Bi-weekly status/progress reviews• Reports: budget/schedule progress, issues, and contingencies
