Perform planning, scheduling,develop Project Control Plan, develop & drive progress measurement systems, develop manpower planning, perform budgeting, perform schedule control and cost control, perform analysis on progress (both schedule and cost) inclusive forecast of completion and %effort required to catch up the progress (if there's delay), perform productivity analysis, perform EVM reporting, develop progress reporting. Developed proposals of payment term eg payment milestones or progress payments based on planned progress/schedule. Involved in development of tender invitation package, as well as in bid evaluations. Involved in risk activities ie Project Risk Assessment, Contractor Risk Assessment and Cost Risk Assessment..and have been in charge of Schedule Risk Assessment. Also perform progress verification and validation of claims.
