·         Program Management of the Implementation of Oracle ERP R12 e-Business Suite, 39M capital investment project (15 months duration) over 14 sites.

·         Managed the transformation change program impacts of business processes, staff and customers across the enterprise of 2100 people using Kotter's change management principles.

·         Directed 140+ program staff (Boeing, Oracle and sub-contractors) primarily located in Australia and India.

Key Achievements:

·         Successfully managed an aggressive schedule of 15 months and delivered on the planned go-live date of 4^th May 2009 within the program capital/expense budget 39M.

·         Revised the ERP program benefits realisation and delivered an enhanced system.
