Reporting directly to the VP for Operations, I lead a group of Quantity Surveyors of various disciplines (Civil Engineer, Architect, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Technical Secretary) in the contract management of the project. Among my functions (as Consultant) are implementation/control of project budget and schedule; project supervision; supervise subordinates in preparation of miscellaneous tender documents/bill of materials/quantity take-off; cost analysis; procurement; project status monitoring; progress billings; variation orders/change orders initiation; evaluation of contractors’ proposals and billings; quality assurance/quality control; liaison with Clients, Consultants and Contractors; formulation and development of project rules and policies; contract administration and documentation; bid & award.
