 Presently Working for Sadara Petrochemical Industry jubail, Dammam, KSA deputed by Nasser Al Hajri Corp as lead Planning Engineer from 12th October 2011 to till date. Assigned site and job description: I am a part of project management team & responsible for project construction as well as     planning & scheduling management and overall project control. To study the project IFC drawings and determine the construction sequence of activities. Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports, co‐ordinate preparation of commercial timesheets for change order as per site instruction. Prepare the Baseline schedule / Revised schedule (P6 format) whenever required. Update the progress in the latest schedule on Weekly basis. Preparation of weekly progress report and submit to the client .Preparations of 3 weeks look ahead schedule and submit to the client. Monitoring the work activities for updating the schedule. Preparing time sheets for additional works (manpower, equipment’s and materials etc.) and invoicing the same.Highlight the major changes in the quantity due to the drawing revision / RFI if any to the Superior. Resolve the site technical query’s with the client’s. To intimate about the site progress to the superior in a daily manner. To ensure all paper works and procedures are always prepared and updated as per project site usages.  BPCL‐Kochi Refinery, Ambalamugal, Kerala, India as a Site Engineer in contract basis from 03rd March 2009 to 05th Oct 2011. Assigned site and job description: Supervise and co‐ordinate staff, Sub‐Contractors, material suppliers and Utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build to the required build quality and Build programme. Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving Contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the Company. Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage Staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the Company’s needs.
