University Link Extension Project, Seattle, WA – Michael served as a member of the JV Team project control staff acting as on-site scheduler for the $38 million design phase of the University Link Light Rail tunnel and stations project. The $1.9 billion project includes 3.15 miles of twin-bore tunnel and two major underground transit stations for a transit extension from downtown Seattle to the University of Washington.

 

Michael supported the design team and was responsible for development of the cost-loaded design schedule, preparation of preliminary construction schedules, updating the project design schedule monthly, informing project staff of project activities and schedule requirements, updating information for the earned value reports, updating manpower curves, and tracking of project deliverables in MS Access and eRoom. He was responsible for the development of scope, schedule, budget and estimate-to-complete data for assigned tasks.

 

Michael supported the design team and was responsible for:

•          Developing the cost-loaded design schedule

•          Preparing monthly report and report narratives

•          Preparing preliminary construction schedules and updates for eight contracts

•          Updating the project design schedule on a monthly basis

•          Informing project staff of project activities and schedule requirements

•          Updating information for the earned value reports

•          Updating manpower curves

•          Tracking of project deliverables in MS Access and eRoom

•          Developing the scope, schedule, budget and estimate-to-complete (ETC) data for assigned tasks.
