  • Responsible to create projects and programme schedules across multiple construction work streams.
  • Continuously monitor programmes to ensure they are updated to accurately reflect progress and revised works.
  • Deliver lookahead project and programmes plans to team to address key interfaces and outturn projections.
  • Analyse and proffered recommendation to project teams on programme risk and mitigation efforts.
  • Manage key projects and programmes interfaces at project and task levels.
  • Ensure effective programmes and projects support by providing plans, reports and schedules for all variations of work.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Designers to ensure outstanding engineering practices.
  • Support project team to develop project documentations – standards, guidance and procedures throughout project life cycle.
  • Ensure effective updates, change management and control is maintained on projects and programmes.
  • Perform earned value analysis to support projects and programme performance forecast and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain as built programme.
  • Identify and highlight any progress issues which threaten successful delivery of projects, perform delay analysis so that recovery action may be taken.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on the status of the projects to the project delivery team including early warnings and change management programme updates.
