Key Result Areas

·         Generating Fact Sheets, Monthly Financial Status Reports & updating the same in ERP

·         Measuring & monitoring progress to ascertain actual established rates of Item Analysis

·         Functioning as Resource Controller to steer efforts in controlling the cost to the best extent

·         Responsible for providing look-ahead program every fortnight to site team while updating Primavera program

·         Developing & submitting S-Curve, Manpower Histogram & Equipment Schedule Report from Primavera to the clients every month

·         Preparing year end forecasts, drafting & maintaining Turnaround Document & Primavera Program and revising the same in accordance with present status

·         Overseeing project’s expenditure & revising the budget of the same on a regular basis

·         Preparing & implementing EOT (Extension of Time) for a Project

 

Highlights:

·         Successful completion of Installation of Fast Ferry Pontoon & Fishery Pontoon, which consisted of 50 no’s of piling in hard strata, varying in depths up to 30 m below ground level

·         Distinction of successfully managing the project while facing the challenge of distance as the project was located 80 km away from the main land, at remote location, and the only mode of transportation was ship (Landing Craft), which at times became difficult because of bad weather

·         Successfully managed a team of 2 Sr. Engineers, 3 Supervisors and 4 Foreman for keeping a track of project’s progress

·         Essayed a key role in planning, rescheduling, tracking resources & carrying out cost analysis through Primavera & ERP software

Key Result Areas

·         Generating Fact Sheets, Monthly Financial Status Reports & updating the same in ERP

·         Forecasting & Planning the resources for works to be done after Khareef Period( 4 months in advance)

·         Preparing & submitting the EOT of the project
