· Preparing master schedule & the baseline schedule.
· Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope.
· Set up issue alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
· Budget allocation for the project and its sub-elements
· Prepares cash flow, charts & histograms on planning projects
· Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline
· Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team and support the team to take the appropriate corrective actions and recovery plans.
· Prepare Progress reports
